Tampons have a very long shelf life. That means that they can stay on the shelf or in the box for a very long time. The only problem tampons have is if they are in a damp environment...then they are harder to push out of their applicators.

As long as they are stored in a cool, dry place - you should be okay.
Just remember to change them often depending on the heaviness of your flow.

Tampons tend to have a long shelf life so it should be ok but I would go ahead and check with your dr to be on the safe side.

I dont think there is an expiration on the box... look and see.. there shouldn't be and if they aren't stored in a moist place like the bathroom you should be okay

uhm i dont think there is an experation date on tampons but have comon sense would you stick a 30 year old tampon up your vagina? yeah i think it is safe for you to use your tampon

not to sure, but i've never had any problems..I had 3 kids and in between i used ones that I had left over.
