Of course not. Being gay entails much more than enjoying a poke up the rear end. Don't worry. Also, did you know there is a blood test to detect prostate cancer as well?? Ask your doctor.

Don't even trust a low PSA reading without the prostate exam.
I left my brother in law today in an Upstate NY hospital who had a PSA reading of 4.6. His family Dr. referred him to a Urologist who said he probably had a calcium deposit on his prostate. The Doc. did a biopsy and he had prostate cancer. Today it was removed.
Who cares if you personally get a rise. The exam saves lives dude!

Is this a big worry for you? You go in to see if you have cancer, and your worried that it will feel so good that next week you will be San Francisco's florist of the year? Skip the medical exam, and see a therapist. Those issue seem more pressing.

Stupid question. Anal penetration is enjoyable whether you are gay or not. Gay means you are only sexually attracted to other guys, and not turned on at all by girls. If you are turned on by both, you are bisexual. Just anal penetration by someone's finger, male or female, or your own, does not make you gay.
