any thing out there just as good as steroids but not harming like steriods but will bulk you up like steriods?

Read this article. Eating the right foods at the RIGHT TIME will help you gain muscle mass like never before. I have not been using anything other than real food and I'm gaining more muscle then I ever have before, but I'm eating all the food in my house so it's time to start supplementing with whey protein concentrate and dextrose/maltodextrin. Read the article and you will be armed to the teeth in the battle to gain lean body mass. Again, you don't NEED any supplements, BUT, liquid meals of whey concentrate and powdered carbohydrates are very convenient. Liquid meals are also very useful post workout.

Ive been lifting weights for about 6 months now, and along with a consistent, aggressive workout routine, supplemental Creatine helps a ton. Make sure you take a multi-vitamin and supplement with protein (which builds your muscles). Good Luck

Oh please don't use steroids! I may not know you but I really don't want you to get hurt (shivers =P). Have you tried just actually weight lifting and working up a sweat? When you get muscles that way, you become really proud of them =D it's very satisfying, way more so than using drugs or medicine or something.

even when taking steroids the diet still decides the quality of the gains of muscle or the loss of body fat. steroids are only hormones, the diet will always ultimately decide the effectiveness of any resistance training program. if you want to gain muscle mass start counting calories and monitor your body fat

yes its called the gym and you have to go there 5 times a week and work out. also swimming after the gym, get in to these arobic classes that the lesure centre holds.

a good fitness and bodybuilding routine, coupled with a healthy diet with extra protein will give you an honest physique

sounds like you dont know what your doing...okay supplements dont make you big..your aggressivness and hard work in the gym does..supplements do help..but to get their full potential you got to stick and not slip once off a good diet and training routine..some good supplements to add..creatine(cellmass,celltech), good protein(syntha6,nitroech), nitric oxide boosters like no xplode or nitrix or niox. a muilti vitamin..these will help..check out prosource.net and bodybuilding.com for detailed information...good luck rookie..lol
