Don't know about exact, but the commonest ones are:
. pains in one arm
. shortness of breath
. when well developed, a severe pain in the chest something like a heavy weight pressing directly on you.

However, there is no definitive symptoms, I have known people that have had a very mid attack and its only be found when they had an ECG.

The symptoms are different for a woman and a man. The typical symptoms for a man are feelings of chest heaviness or tightness that progresses to a severe gripping pain in the lower sternal area. The pain isn't relieved by rest or nitroglycerin. Shortness of breath, diaphoresis (cold, clammy profuse sweat) and anxiety. There may be pain that radiates down the left arm.

Women are more likely to have upper abdominal pain or pain behind the shoulder or in the upper back, nausea as fatigue as well as chest pain.

Both can become nasueated and can vomit. The pulse will be irregular, rapid and weak. Blood pressure drops. Skin can be pale/ashy then cyanotic.

And then there's the silent MI without the typical symptoms. MI means myocardial infarction, the real name for "heart attack".

Some of the attacks are "silent infarction" they occur during the night and the patient is unaware of it and accidentally discovered on medical examination.
Next is in diabetic patients they are symptomless .
The common symptoms are discomfort in the midchest ( mid sternal region ).This can be accompanied with severe restlessness and radiation of pain to left or both arms .
