i have sagging breast, yes ofcourse i have 3 kids. cud i get back my breast as firm as before? i dont want any operation. but pls tell me some remedies for this. do you have any excercise for this to become firm again ?

You can try Bust creams and massage from the bottom upwards asif you are lifting them.

Without Surgery, or procedures, I honestly don't believe so. I think maybe you just need some time to get used to it. All woman go through this, its natural, of course unless their "unreal" at some point in their lives. With surgery, after they "fall" i heard its even worse than normal sagginess.

soak jasmine flowers which are not bloom with warm water into a towel and wrap around yr breast area and leave it thru out the nite 4 a week. trust me it will show the difference.

apply breast cream with circular and upward motion.
It'll get back it's original firmness but some improvement can be seen.

For trying to help your breasts without surgery, you might want to try changing bras. I would recommend talking to a bra fitter to see what they suggest. Check with your bigger dept stores like Dillards and Penney's to see when the bra fitter is coming. To see the bra fitter is free.

you cant get the to what they were before. buy a good bra to prevent them from sagging further
