I'm 15 years old teenage boy. I'm 165cm tall and weight 53.5kg. Recently, my friends all grew taller than me and it seems like i've stop growing taller for months. I'm currently cutting down on my weight because i was a little fat. I saw some informations said that a teenage must eat more in order to grow taller. But, my friends didn't need to eat that much of food but they're growing faster than me. I hope someone can tell me what should I do in order to grow taller and won't gain weight easily. Please tell me lots of effective ways to help me grow taller. I will be thankful for all your advice. Thanks...

i've been eating well, nothing extreme
exercising well, again nothing too extreme
i've been consistant, and it's been about a year and nothing has changed. it's not the scales, it's how i look and feel in my clothes. i feel a little bit more toned but i want to lose weight and reduce in size. it hasn't happened at all

i know i'm not eating too much, i'm following a vegan diet and it's difficult to over-eat anyway. i'm very healthy and i go jogging and walking often and go to the gym about 4 days a week. i do so much cardio and i can't believe i haven't lost anything.
don't say muscle because it's not just that. my jeans still feel snug

why me? what's going on!
(p.s. i'm only 20 years old. i should have a roaring metabolism or something)

Coming out of the closet will make me happier, but my parents, family, friends miserable. People don't understand that being gay is not a choice. Anyway, if I decide to come out of the closet that would mean I have to move to a more civilized country. That's what I would like to do for my own sake. But this will ruin the lives of my parents, some friends and family. I am already under pressure to get married, which, of course, can't happen and I don't know whether I should be selfish and try to immigrate somewhere and reveal my identity and thus make my parents whom I love to death unhappiest people on the earth or just keep on living suffering and cursing my luck and my orientation every day. Once I asked my brother what he would do if he had a gay sibling, he said he would kill him/her or kill himself cuz of the stigma and the society's attitude. I could kill myself and I'm fine with that, but I don't know if this is the "average" of the two solutions. So happier I or happier family?

I was eating dinner last night and something happen to one of my teeth.
