Yes, that is safe. Be sure you drink lots of water throughout the day. It's a form of fasting that can be beneficial to your health.

Sure.
It is not the best for your metabolism or mental accuity, but you can do it with no bad effects as long as you are not diabetic or having thyroid issues that make it a hazard. Typically you want to eat a palm-sized amount of something every 2.5 hours or so, but one day of poor eating won't harm anything. Sometimes doctors have people with digestive issues go on liquids only for three days at a time just to regulate their system. So, no, it won't hurt anything.

I've fasted for religious reasons but I dont recommend just deciding to eat one meal because you can screw up your metabolism.

Its like this, your metabolism needs food to work properly. If you skip meals it will slow down because it has to conserve valuable resources. So many people that lose weight fast starving themselves find out that weight loss is short lived because the metabolism slows so much. If you give your body frequest small meals (healthy) then your metabolism kicks into gear because its trusts that you will be fueling it again soon.
Eating just once will cause problems with your blood sugar so expect to be fatigued, sick, definitly keep the fluids up because dehydrated is not a good thing.

It is better to eat smaller amounts at a time than to eat a lot at one time.

Divide up your one big meal a day & eat it a little at a time over the course of the day.

Just choose healthy foods & don't over eat.

It would be better to eat more earlier in the day rather late in the day.

It depends on the caloriues content of the meal.but it is not advicable to eat once for the3 day except you are not buzy or working.Your brain needs more sugar to function prop[erly and bso your body cells.Be careful cause it may cause the cells in your stomach to go mad as the digestive enzymes may start to feed on your intestinal wall due to absences of food which may lead to alceration of the stomach.Be carefull.

Eating only once in a day, will drop your meatbolism like a brick. Slow meatbolism means weight gain. Eat, or you will lose muscle, losing muscle means getting fat.

If you try to starve the fat off, your body will react by reducing muscle and storing even more fat, and your bodyfat percentage will take off like a rocket., and then you will be back in here asking why you got even fatter after starving yourself, trust me, you will.
