You may want to go ahead and get a check up.
Sure sounds like you are doing all the right things.
You may have a hormone or chemical imbalance of cortisol that is thwarting your efforts. A year is a long time to do all that and not lose weight. I applaud you for all that you do though. Even if you haven't lost weight, you've sure increased your healthiness.
Seriously though, you may want to get a round of bloodwork just to make sure there's not an imbalance standing in your way.
I don't know your weight or size, but is there a possibility that you are at your ideal weight already and just have a body image issue?

Sometimes it can just be how you eat, for example if you eat the proper calorie count but fail to eat any protein, this could make gaining mossel hard or even impossible. Also if you tend to eat only one time during the day this can make you maintain weight. Instead you should try to eat six meals a day, breaking your calories up throughout the day, or you can go with the easy sample way and just use the palm of your hands anything that is the size of the palm of your hand. So long as the anything is one of the fruit groups on the food pyramid. the palm's usually a good mother For your serving size. You should also watching drinks, a lot of people well go drink six pops in a day, and a coke has 160 calories per serving that's a 960 calories. That's enough to throw off even a very healthy athlete.
Next is how you exercise. Now when you exercise what do you of use? you only use cardia? Or do you use weights with it, and if so is it's too heavy? you may not be able to burn the fat off. Make sure when you lift weight to lift with lightweight circuit training.
Finally if none of this works for you. Don't worry about it chances are you don't look bad. in fact many guys like girls little plump it could this Be your body type. Any case if I was you I wouldn't lose too much sleep over this. I believe Rodney Carrington said it best of " I'd rather spend my night with a fat happy woman, that a skinny bitchey woman."

just ask people in third world countries if some people cannot lose weight. we can all lose weight, but in our society, we have so much that it takes some serious discipline to do so.
if your current activities have not changed your body enough then you need to dial up the intensity level. just remember that not all people are going to have the same shape, your genetics have a big part of how your body is shaped. if you are lucky then it doesn't take a lot of self control or exercise to maintain the ideal shape, but many have to work a lot harder to have the same results.
sounds like you have a regular routine that you are comfortable with, if yourr body is still not dropping pounds or shaping like you want then you need to concentrate on doing those activities at the right intensity levels for long enough periods, varying your workout is also good to shock your body and keep it from being complacent.
you can run for 20 minutes but if your heart rate is not in the correct zone then you are not getting the full effect. check your calorie intake as well, be wary of diets but you need to watch the calories consumed vs burned and the calories need to be a balanced ratio. also remember the first few pounds are the easiest to get rid of, each pound after gets harder to get rid of as you get lower and lower.

Fats are nothing more than stored acid. If you continue to take acidic food, even with exercise you cannot get rid of fats. Many fruits including tomato are acidic. Even if you eat vegetarian, you still can grow fat. Therefore you must solve the weight problem at the source : eating acidic food. By taking alkaline food, you prevent the intake of acid to create more fats. Besides doing exercise, you must eat only alkaline food.
Read the book "pH miracle for weight loss". See photos of people losing weight at ease. If you want to loose weight super fast, there is an alkaline liquid diet. According the book, people are loosing 10 pounds or more within the first 8 days. Go to the website below to see which food (and even fruits) that are acidic.

Have your thyroid checked and ask for the result 0.3 to 3.0 for TSH is the normal range, a higher result indicates an underactive thyroid. If a problem exist, I would first change your diet and then retest. Thyroid medication is for the rest of your life.
Your vegan diet could have a negative effect on your thyroid health. Lack of iodine in your diet combined with goitrogenic foods.
Iodine is typically undesirably low (about 50 micrograms/day compared to a recommended level of about 150 micrograms per day) in UK vegan diets unless supplements, iodine rich seaweeds or foods containing such seaweeds (e.g. Vecon) are consumed.
Low zinc intakes exacerbate the effect of low iodine intake. Some otherwise healthful foods contain goitrogens - substances which can interfere with iodine uptake or hormone release from the thyroid gland. These foods are generally only a concern if iodine intake is low. Consumption of brassicas, such as cabbage, Brussels sprouts, broccoli and cauliflower, increase the requirements for iodine, especially if consumed raw. Soy beans, raw flaxseed, cassava (used in tapioca), sweet potatoes, lima beans, maize and millet also increase the requirements for iodine.
As far as exercise you may just need to vary your routine, your body has become used to it.

But are you overweight? I have been to one of the best diet doctors in the country (thank God he is in Indy). He can make ANYONE lose weight however, he has told me that some peoples bodies, for lack of better words, has a certain weight that it likes to be. Maybe your fat percentage is low but you have good muscle tone. Remember, muscle weighs more than fat. I would go to a good nutritionist or doctor and see what they have to say. Even though you want to be smaller, you may be in good health. Take a couple of hours from your day and see a doctor.

in case you are undereating - your body is not letting go any fat reserves.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats, take 300-400 calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
5-8servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water a day
5-6 small meals instead of 3 big ones (breakfast is the most important - make sure to get complex carbs like whole wheat bread, oatmeal, fruit etc)
4-6 times a week cardio for 30-50min, light weight training, many reps
no junk food, no sodas, no alcohol, no white flour (cakes, cookies, white bread, pasta etc.), nothing high in sugar (ice cream)

Agree with Andrew K. Try eating more so the body isn't feeling depleted and has enough nutrients to allow the weight to shed without going into "fasting" mode.
Also, you may want to have a general health check via a blood test from your GP. Specifically ask to have your thyroid checked as it may be underactive which slows your metabolism dramatically.

I think in your case it's metabolism. Sometimes exercising isn't enough, and even though you're eating healthy, it's mainly about when you eat. Go to Oprah.com, and look at what her doctors say! Dr. Oz's ideas have made me get better weight wise! Try instead of meals, snack every three hours. Maybe you should ask your doctor!
