After laying on my legs, arms, or hands for a few minutes, I start to feel as though there are pins and needles in them. Is this due to poor circulation?

when people are anorexic do the actually lose their muscle first and then their fat? i dont understand why this would happen because dont ur muscles move and work by turning fat and calories into energy? also isnt it true that the reason we have fat is because our body is naturally storing extra food or somthing like that? im really confused if anyone understands this stuff please clear up my confusion! 10 points for the answer with the most information! :)

She wants pills and I have heard it causes breast cancer. SWhe really feels sad...but the good news is that she is about 8-10 years past menopausal stage. So now she feels ok without pills but she gets angry too soon. I have heard that one cant get over them once addicted.

What should she do? If she takes pills what brand should she take?

I had an 24hr ECG done recently and my consultant said that the results showed my heart stopped for several seconds occasionally and I had several preventricular contractions, he didn't explain it fully and now Iam confused..

I'm 6'2" and weigh 197lbs, I used to weigh 357lbs. I ride the recumbant bike 70minutes with varied levels of resistence every single day and incorporate weightlifting every other day. I fit comfortably into a size 34 pant but, accoring to every weight chart out there I'm at least 10lbs. over weight. Am I overweight? If not, why is there not at least one chart out there that supports this? Anyway, which is it? Am I rotund or am I just fine?

I saw a report this morning on tv that says it can cause fatigue, depression and mood problems. I have been on anti-depresssants for 7 years and haved gained a lot of weight. Maybe I have low testosterone levels. I'm 46, 5'6", 235lbs.

My daughter is 17 months old and she has an ear infection and I cant get her meds until tomorrow. Is there anything that i can do to try and help her. I have also been alternating Motrin and Tylenol every 4 to 6 hours. I heard that i could put some alcohol on a cotton ball and put that in her ear. Im not sure if she is too young for that or what.

Any help would be great. Thank you

so far, all I eat is:

oatmeal
eggs w/ whole wheat bread
turkey sandwiches w/ wheat bread
chicken and brown rice
and sometimes tuna (but it is too expensive)

can someone please recommend something else thats good for bodybuilders to eat that is inexpensive and healthy?

I have a boyfriend who works security/barback @ a local pub and his shifts usually run no more than 6 hours. I understand that his job can be physically straining but I still don't think he would have to sleep 9 hours (or more) to recuperate. Is this healthy?

ok well i am 15 and i wear a size 12 or 14 depending on brand in pants!!! then you go to the mall and you see all them girls at the mall that are skinnyer then a twigg wearing 5's and zeroes and such. they think they look cute when there that skinny exspecially the ones who get thosehalf naked swim suits...now on the other hand, people i know who wear a size 12 think they are fat but i think it looks better then those anoerexic girls??? sois 12 fat?? im not really chunky i just got a a$$!!!

I have a cold and everytime I swallow my throat feels like I have cigeratte ashes stuck in my throat. It is a very uncomfortable feeling. I can not sleep because of this. I have only recently gotten this strange red rash all over my torso and arms and it also runs down my sides and back. It looks like a nasty sun burn. It showed up two weeks ago and quickly went away (probably about 30 mins) Now, it's back again. It itches like hell. I just acquired tinnitus earlier this year. I believe it is the result of a month long ear blockage I had in January. The ringing is in the center of my head and it is maddening when it is quiet. Sometimes my head feels full, like inner ear fluid or something. My question is, if I find out what is causing the full feeling, and it is something that may be able to be drained or fixed somehow, is there a good chance the tinnitus will go away? I just keep fearing that the tinnitus is here to stay no matter what!
