I'm 6'2" and weigh 197lbs, I used to weigh 357lbs. I ride the recumbant bike 70minutes with varied levels of resistence every single day and incorporate weightlifting every other day. I fit comfortably into a size 34 pant but, accoring to every weight chart out there I'm at least 10lbs. over weight. Am I overweight? If not, why is there not at least one chart out there that supports this? Anyway, which is it? Am I rotund or am I just fine?

Don't pay attention to those weight charts. They are not alway the most realistic measure of appropriate weight. Your ideal weight is that which you feel best at. Instead of stressing about why you don't yet conform to an idealized, probably outdated chart, You should be celabrating the huge accomplishment you've acheived so far!!! Congratulations to you!

You know your body better than anybody else. If you like the way you look and feel at 197 lbs then that is all that counts. You should have more confidence in your own judgment.
