i want to lose wait before i go to live with my boyfriend, what should i do?

it is only healthy to loose 2 pounds a week. 9 pounds in 11 days is too much weight to loose in too little of a time span.

There is no good way to lose 9 pounds in 11 days. Start exercising now with 30 min calistetics and 30 minutes walking, jogging whatever you want and you'll lose about three pounds a week as long as you keep eating in moderation. Losing your goal above is a temporary fix because you'll gain it right back in a yoyo diet so you might as well lose it the right way and be rid of it forever.

All I felt like eating was soup with mushy crackers,
scrambled eggs and jello. . . . I too was wanting to lose some weight so I avoided fattening things like ice cream etc.
I lost the weight and am watching what I now eat so that I can hopefully lose another 10lbs and so far so good.
I can chew a few more things with my new teeth but my gums are still somewhat tender so whereas I use to really feast when I ate (I surprise people how much I can eat) now I have cut my portions by atleast half and feel confident I will lose that extra 10lbs though perhaps not as fast as the first 10lbs.
I am trying to change all of my eating habits and trying to avoid more of the fattening things. .. . pasta's,dairy and sweets.
Another thing I do differently is I only eat twice a day and am avoiding those late night eating sprees that I felt I needed just prior to going to bed. . . . .when I feel hungry I drink water and then go to bed. . . has worked so far.
Try eating different soups. . . veg/beef,tomato,chicken and rice or chicken noodle. Worked for me.

It's not advisable to lose ten pounds .You'll feel like crap and then become cranky .just take your time to lose weight ..that is the best way ! Meantime you can cut down on carbs and work out a few times a week .

thats 2 much 2 fast, ur body will not adapt . plz dont go on those crash diets u gain the weight back really quickly and its bad in the long run, just have a healthy diet and exersize an hour a day and ul loose a few pounds.

Take a water pill. I'm sure you have at least 5 pounds of excess fluid on your body. But they are correct you shouldnt lose more than a couple pounds per week.

I can't quite understand why today there are lists of questions 'I want to loose X lbs by.....'

You can't really do weight loss by numbers. Weight is best lost slowly and gradually by a combination of diet and exercise. There just aren't any short cuts.

Unfortunately most people want a diet that involves them eating something that makes the weight melt away. Or a pill that makes it vanish in 10 days, and NOBODY wants to get of the couch!

Because of these nonsensical and unrealistic expectations hardly anybody looses weight.

its hard ,,dont know for 9 pounds,,but this is what i say:
no fat, no bread, rice, starch,burguer king,mc donalds,,or some like it,,drink water only ,,eat watermelon in the mornin,,till u get full,,if u do that u wont eat for the rest of the day,,when u get hungry ,,drink water,have a normal meat,,and at nite ,,someting light,very,,good luck,,
