Oatmeal, toast, eggs, little juice or fresh fruit. Steak, breakfast burritos, w/o sauce is good.

protein and a matrix of carbohydrates. so something like eggs with oatmeal (low GI carb) with orange juice (medium GI carb). so here you would be getting protein from the eggs, slow burning carbohydrates from the oats and some quickly metabolized sugars from the oj. energy for now and for several hours later until the next meal.

egg white omelet (no cheese or bacon or sausage tho), orange, slice or 2 of wheat bread

i would go for eggs. rice. sausage.and bananas for dessert.
