I have only recently gotten this strange red rash all over my torso and arms and it also runs down my sides and back. It looks like a nasty sun burn. It showed up two weeks ago and quickly went away (probably about 30 mins) Now, it's back again. It itches like hell. I hav'nt had sex, so i don't know if it's an STD. but can someone please tell me what it is?

could be hives, have you been under more stress than usual lately? or it could be a reaction to a new lotion or product. good luck!

Laundry detergent new? Did you wear something that was new from the store? New perfume?
I don't think that is an std, but, I would say a severe allergic reaction to something.
Jump in the shower and drink lots of water!

It sounds like an allergic reaction to something. Change your soap, been someplace different? Write down anything you did different. And see if that is what happened. You might want to go to a doctor and see what they say, maybe see an allergist and see what you might be allergic to. Spring is the season of allergies.

new laundry soap . that could be it . or maybe you ate some food you cant eat. or it could be your bath soap .
