Hello,

Could someone tell me if combining all types of exercises (Biceps, chest, shoulders, back...) in a day's workout is good? Is it ok if I do only a specific exercise per day like first day biceps, second day chest, next day shoulders etc...

Thanks.

My neighbors installed one of the 'new' outdoor woodburners last fall and ever since then our house smells of smoke. The dogs come in smelling smoky. We hang clothes outside to dry...they dry full of the smoky smell. My husband has breathing problems that have escalated 10 fold, I have bloody noses, watery irritated eyes and sore throats and congestion. My husband talked to the neighbor, and he said he thought he might have a problem with the height of his chimney. Well he did have someone put up a taller one but the situation gets worse everyday that we are exposed to this irritant. Even one of my German Shepherds has developed a wheeze, and another one has eyes that run and matter all the time. We have no ordinances against these burners, yet I feel like not only has this neighbor ruined our lives environmentally, he is also threatening our health. Any suggestions at all will be appreciated.

I'm mildly anemic and trying hard to get pregnant. Been taking Centrum multi to help me get all the vitamins needed. Thot of switching to Blackmores or others.

Any recommendations besides Blackmores?

Btw, eversince I took Centrum my urine is yellowish green and I have non-itchy red spots coming out all over my body. Anybody has the same symptom? Could it be allergy or some reaction to the ingredients?

I'm looking for the correct medical names of the medicines. If anyone with fibromyalgia has used them, I would appreciate your comments about how well they worked.

Why do some people never seem to get any thinner no matter what diet they go on and how little they eat. On the other hand, what about people who find themselves still on the skinny side no matter how much they eat or try to gain weight?

Starting on thursday of last week, i started feeling nauseous, threw up a couple of time, by after noon it went away. Dismissed it as something i must have eaten. Then i was up last night with the nauseous feeling again, threw up once again. Feels like there is someone in there jumping up and down in my stomach..lol. I took a preg test, came out negative, period should have been here by the 9th. So I might be pregnant ill do a redo test here eventually. That or Im not...duh..lol....but this nauseous feeling is terrible, and now its accompanied by backpain, feels like someone has a cork screw in my back. I am on meds, I take cymbalta, toprol, and i also take claratin d, my vitamins, and allergy md. I dont think its my meds, since i had been taking them before this started. Urgh, it sooo fustrating feeling like crap. Any of you out there have any other ideas of what is going on? Or a way for me to be able to sleep, I have a hubby that works O/N's and a 1 1/2yr old.

Both my mother and grandmother had cervical cancer and both ended up getting a hysterectomy after being treated in other ways that in the end didnt help. My last few paps have shown mild displasia which is usually a precursor to cervical cancer. I've been a few times to the doc having had laser surgery once and a few other treatments. I'm wondering if its all a lost cause and should I just have the hysterectomy and get it over with? I'm 38 and have 5 kids and no plans to have more. i'm divorced so no one to consider about my womb except myself. But surgery is dangerous itself and I do have my kids to think about. History tells me though that its a lost cause and will eventually lead to the hysterectomy anyway. What do you think. Go for it now or exhaust all other forms of treatment?
