SOmething natural that has Calcium in it, Broccoli, or milk. Or even a calcium vitamin. I find that coffee is a laxative. But you get amune to that. Don't use a laxative. If it gets really bad, (a week), get a supository. I usually find a fruit or vegetable that makes me go, so it doesn't happen so often and I don't feel horrible. ALso, find what constipates you, so it doesn't happen that often. I find allot of pizza does it to me. Good luck. Hey yeah...carrotts are real fast laxatives...careful.

constipation is a really bad problem and may lead to sincere sickness as the body produces poisons inside the guts if food ist not processed through within 5 hours - even alcohol is produced inside so if more than 12 hours no passing occured the following has to be checked - lower lumbargo vertibrae - bacteriae or virus in bowels - chakra condition
fight flight condition from the past - other stress stored in body memory - eat vanilla ice cream with coconut shredded
and coconut milk or coconut cream - drink hot water - if not successfull shredd onions with garlic and chilli flakes sizzle in olive oil or grape oil take off heat once onions tunr glazy
pure 1 kg honey over 3 onions with 2 cloves of garlic 1/2 coffee spoon of chillies - eat when cooled off and only when every ingredient is soft - drink heaps of water with it - Kempe Natural Therapies G Kempe

I'm assuming this is for an adult, right??? Well first of all have a nice large glass of prune juice - wait 4 hours - if no result then make the following milkshake (that has never, ever failed). 1 tablespoon Senokot granules (stool softener from your pharmacy usually flavoured chocolate), then 20mls of Agarol liquid, mixed with hot water & milk. Stay close to the toilet for a few hours after.

there is a lot of ways just depends on your daily life, medications and food and water intake
best thing to do would be to see your doctor for the best way for you to go about it
or increase you water intake but only if you dont have heart or kidney probs
increase fibre weither be from food or tabs or powder or liquid
reduce any unnessersery pain killers
get a lttle excersise dont overdo anything
try one thing at a time over a whole week to see what works best for you but youll need to be patient to work out what you need
first thing try for desert or you last meal before bed add some fruit whole or tin doesnt matter
but remember only do it for a week if it doesnt work then try something else but if it works keep it going
good luck

Laxatives.
Suppositories.
Increase of water intake.
Increase of fibre intake.
Sometimes chronic constipation requires medical attention. Good luck. I'd suggest drinking a whole lot more water before you try anything else. If the bowels begin to dry out and dehydrate, they'll become very sluggish.

Eating fiber such as in whole grain breads is another way to relieve constipation. But for sure this needs to be checked out by your dr.

Try staying away from breads, meats and heavy foods drink plenty of water. Be it tea broth... I find that eating light meals and drinking plenty of fluids one tends to feel better by the next day.
