let me help you with a permanent solution:
Take fresh alo vera (2inch x 2 inch), peel the skin and cut it into small cubes. Gulp it down with water - two days before the pain starts till the pain ends on seventh day. Dont chew it..it tastes bad.
I bet you will be in a better condition in three cycles.
Also, take tonics/vegitables that increase blood count.

I had really bad cramps when i was growing up and my mum used to make me a hot toddy. This was whisky, hot water and sugar. About a quarter cup of whisky and 2 teaspoons sugar topped up with boiling water. The taste wasn't that great and I had to drink it as hot as possible but you could feel it easing the cramps as it went down. lol Try it and see if it works with you. If not, there is always the hot water bottle and tablets, especially for menstrual pain, from the chemist!!

You need to get to your dr to try to find the cause of these really bad cramps, but in the mean time you can try a heating pad or a hot water bottle to see if that helps.
Something else you could try is to increase your iron levels by eating things such as spinach, raisins, and peanut butter (if not allergic to peanuts of course) to help try and reduce some of the flow amount which may help ease your cramps some til you get to a dr to have this looked at.

Apply heat to your abdomen with a heating pad or hot water bottle, or take a warm bath. Heat improves blood flow and may decrease pelvic pain.
Lie down and elevate your legs by putting a pillow under your knees.
Lie on your side and bring your knees up to your chest. This will help relieve back pressure.
Try sexual activity. This may relieve pelvic cramping and backache.
Try using sanitary napkins instead of tampons.
Get regular exercise. This improves blood flow and may decrease pain.
You can also try a nonprescription medication to help relieve your pain.

Some people have recommended tablets and medication, but I seriously don't recommend you do that. It's better to treat period pain naturally.
Try and get a hot water bottle wrapped in a towel [to prevent burning] and use it on your stomach. Drink some hot chocolate, or tea, or suck some mints. Add marshmellows to the hot chocolate if you prefer!!
Then.. before you go to bed..
Put your pyjamas on a hot radiator
Have a warm or slightly hot, soapy bath [preferably with calming bath soaps] the light off with scented candles, and some calming music, and ....relax
When you've soaked, get dry and put on your warm pyjamas.. and then use your hot water bottle again on your stomach
