i have been gaining alot of weight lately and i'm starting not to feel so well. i've been trying to eat health and work out more, but i get so tired quicky and then i find myself giving up. what can i do to gain more energy to lose some pounds?

im getting an ultrasound done thursday morning to see if i have a cyst on my ovaries or what's going on inside my stomach but they said im not pregnant. anyway, if i drink tomorrow..alcohol...can it show up in an ultrasound?

I'm on my school's track team and I've had shin splints for about a month or a month and a half and I've been icing them a lot and putting bengay, so they've been feeling better (does bengay really help???) but now my left ankle hurts more but my right legs better and im still limping when i try running or go down the stairs. should i keep running? my parents want me to go to a doctor if it continues but i dont know if i really need a doctor. i really want to run because ive sat out practice icing for two weeks but i dont want to hurt myself more!

Why do I turn into the people I most dislike?

Peer pressure. Why have I become such a cold and heartless jerk? How can I turn back into the person I want to be? I hate college. I have become more like the people I was trying to avoid. ive notice that after i pee i feel like i have to go again and when i do alittle comes out but not alot and its usually clear. no blood no pain just in my stomach like ur having cramps. i used to have odor in my urine i told the doctor she didnt seem to care but i dont have odor anymore just cant stand having the feeling of peeing all the time

I just found out my aunt has a brain tumor today. It's very unreal to me. The only thing I know about brain tumors is the 11 year old boy from 6th grade that died that year from a brain tumor.
