The egg is the perfect protein, however it is very high in cholesterol, so take more than the protein into consideration when you are choosing your foods. Also consider chicken and meat. Don't forget that your body does need certain vitamins and minerals, fiber, etc. to remain healthy. Also, with a high protein intake, you must really pay attention to your water intake. Too much protein and not enough water can permanently damage your organs (kidneys I believe).

Beans... meat... I don't know if you eat meat but it's a good source of protein. Beans are high in proteins as well.. Potatoes, veggies. You don't have to buy all this health food and supplements to get the daily dose of proteins and vitamins. Just eat healthy. I hope this helps you a bit... tiff

A complete protein is the 22 amino acids. You can get a protein a variety of ways.....soy, milk, or meat. The proteins you would drink are made from either soy or milk. Good luck. You have found the secret. It's not the fat. It's the carbs. And eat protein!!!
