Eat 4-6 small (healthy) meals each day. Don't forget about fruits and veggies!
Stay away from fast foods, junk foods, candies, sodas and other sweets.
Drink water! Drinking a lot of water each day will help lose the weight.
Of course, exercise! Do what you like to do--walk, swim, play sports, dance, ride a bike--anything! Just get moving!

Keep in mind a healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week.

You should try the standard regimen of a controlled diet of vegetables, and wheat based main meals. Instead of white flour bread, eat whole wheat bread...

Have a porridge and a cucumber in the morning, with a lime or orange juice.

Have a salad with wheat bread at lunch, and if you feel like it, have some fish. But avoid red meats and chicken too.

Dinner can be salads and wheat bread with some garnish, sauce..

Two eggs only per week. Not more. Your body doesn't need more than that.

If you are a woman, you need to supplement your calcium intake with some skimmed milk or yogurt with the least amount cream/fat content in it.

To fill-up your tummy, have a lot of water or unsweetened juice. I know a lot of people who stick to fresh lime juice with a little sugar and a little salt. Keeps the tummy full and the hunger pangs away.

But after all this, remember to burn the fat, by briskly walking for 30 to 40 minutes, once or twice a day... I can promise you definite losses...:)

well i know this diet that is very low in carbs but i dont recommend it for more then 10-15 days i didnt once you can lose 15-17 pounds in 15 days .. heres how it go's:
1-you count only 15gramsof carbs for the whole day whitch is very low because a normal person should eat about 300 g carbs a day.
you get 5-6 very small portion meals.
eat only green veggies nothing else colored veggies like carrots and corn contain sugars.
no dairy ,no milk, or yougret (i know it's weired but it works)
no candy, no pretzels (in general no carbs)
you can eat egg white. chihken breast
fish ans tuna (witch have no carbs and barly any fat so fill up on that)
you can also eat peanuts ( but becarful a serving of peanuts has 8 carbs so if you eat that there wont be much carbs left for the day
drink only water no diet coke or caffine (that maens no coffee either )
so that is it it's basicly a high protien diet with very low carbs
oh ya and you cant have fruits either ( i know it's crazy)
but be carfull and stay hydrated . when i did this diet for a week li lost about 10 pound i was dehydrated so be carefull another friend of mine done it and lost 17ibs in 15 days with an hour of tredmill a day
i dont really recommend this diet exept if you reallty need to lose weight fast for an occation
prepare your self to starve .. i hope you lose the weight
good luck, and take a vitamin supplement like vitamin C for a more healthy approuch check out this website free tools, diet pland and exercieshttp://www.sparkpeople.com
i need to lose the same amount of .weight

80 pounds isn't going to happen but if you think on the lower end it's a possibility. I've tried every diet out there and the two that work for me are South Beach Diet and Weight Watchers. You simply have to get the book for South Beach Diet (it has menus etc.) or join Weight Watchers in order to learn how to use the point system etc.
I strongly suggest you cut out carbs and sugars.. drink lots of water.. excercise. If you get the South Beach Diet book you will learn a lot about what is in the food you eat and how to eat right.
Good Luck (both of those diets are extremely simple and you are SURE to loose a lot of weight).

I've attempted many diets and could not make something paintings. Since having my first baby, I've been sporting round yet another 30 kilos. This vitamin simply made feel and confirmed me that the whole lot I used to be doing earlier than used to be unsuitable and a waste of my time. The plan used to be so fresh and so realistic to comply with. I did the whole lot plan mentioned and misplaced 23 kilos within the first 3 weeks. I'm now beginning the vitamin once more to lose 7 extra kilos. This plan has converted my existence. Get began at present!

this is hard, because it takes a lot of will. remember ot talk this over with your gp, because in come rare cases people's bodies shut down if they lose weight too fast.

But the quickest way is to stick to fruits and vegies. Avoid bananas and waterlmelons. Lots of warm liquids like home made soups help. Tea is the best. avoid coffee , avoid bread or dough or potatoes in any form. avoid chocolate or sweets. most importantly, do a 15 mins walk after every meal ( make sure you drink water after the meal before the walk ) this helps in peristalisis ( spelling? ).after the first week, move this upward to 20 mins and then the week after 30.

More you walk and excercise, the better your digestion and movements and clearing out your toxins. You won't lose ANY weight the first week or two, but after that, your metabolim will speed up depending on your excercise. and you'll lose weight and tone up quickly.

Vegetables have zero calories and are good for you. But if you don't eat fruit, you'll get low blood sugar and pass out.
Stick to salads and protein drinks, like carrot or tomatoe juice. water is best. and take regular trips to your gp, to monitor your BP. If your BP is too low, you need more salt in your diet.

if you're hungry don't starve yourself, it'll do your internal organs damage, have a fruit and do a 5 min walk. ( don't overwalk or you'll just get more hungry )..

water should be your best friend.

Good luck let me know how it goes. :)

You DON"T want to diet. My aunt went on a diet lost a lot of weight and then gained it back and then some when she went off of it. Just eat about 6 healthy meals a day. Exercise, drink plenty of fluids. Water is best but if you don't like water than try tea or flavored water. Make extra sure you eat breakfast. Fruits or eggs are best. Eggs have everything your body needs.

South Beach Diet works. Seriously. Stay on it for 8 days, no carbs at all. Stick with it and you will be amazed how much you will shed off. It's difficult but the results are awesome. If you can't eliminate carbs from your diet, just stay away from "white", meaning white breads, flour, sugar. Lots of fruits and vegetables. Drink lots of water and invest in Dandelion root. Dandelion helps with water retention, eliminates bloating naturally. You on a Diet is a great book as well, look into online. Good luck.

first off just know that you can lose the weight!
Next get rid of all alcohol. The only thing you need to be drinking for the next months is WATER. No more sodas, juices, or any liquid that contains calories. Liquid calories are the worst because they don't fill you up and their just adding calories. Start doing lots of cardio! RUN RUN RUN! Running is the best overall exercise. Its a total body exercise, so while your sweating and in pain, just think of the benifits. Get rid of all foods you keep in the pantry. No chips, crackers, pasta. Start eating salads, healthy sandwhichs (NO MAYO!), and veggies!
Good luck!
