To grow taller, take up vertical sports like rope skipping and basketball. Jump at the ceiling when you are at home.
As for weight loss, reduce acidic food intake. Fats are nothing more than stored acid. If you continue to take acidic food, even with exercise you cannot get rid of fats. Therefore you must solve the weight problem at the source : eating acidic food. By taking alkaline food, you prevent the intake of acid to create more fats. Besides doing exercise, you must eat only alkaline food.
Read the book "pH miracle for weight loss". See photos of people losing weight at ease. If you want to loose weight super fast, there is an alkaline liquid diet. According the book, people are loosing 10 pounds or more within the first 8 days. Go to the website below to see which food (and even fruits) that are acidic.

How can a 15 year old teenager grow taller? Simple, grow older. In males, the growing process can progress until the early twenties. Be patient and eat healthy. No special diet is required. Most importantly, don't obcess over this. The stress of worrying is going to stunt your growth more than your diet! Let it go. Worry about more important things like school, sports, dating, having fun. That's what really matters in life, not height. Besides, some of the most successful people I've met in the military are shorter than me(sometimes a lot shorter!)

During the teenage years people grow or mature at different times and rates. Usually girls will grow or mature sooner than boys. But that is not necessarily a hard fast rule. The body tends to mature and grow taller when it gets ready and there is very little that can be done to influence it one way or the other.
If you have put on some weight I wouldn't be trying to cut back because I thought I was a little fat. The body usually tends to store up a little fat or whatever to use when you go into a growing spurt.

Hey there. Given that you are probably not malnourished or protein deprived, know that most boys do obtain their full adult height by age 17. They do continue to grow until 21 in other ways. This is genetically determined and thus far cannot be accurately determined in advance. Look at the men in your family. This may give you some insight. You still have plenty of time. At 15, boys vary a lot when it comes to size. Have a great week and all you need is a balanced diet, exercise, a basic vitamin, 4 servings of a good calcium source daily and time. Patience, you will get there. Best wishes.

Being a good American, I am too stupid to translate those numbers into the outdated English system that we use.
BUT.... Your height is determined mostly by your family. If you have short folks, you will likely be short. You do need a few extra calories during puberty, but this is totally over-done in most places. Reasonably thin is good.
Keep your abdominal muscles and back muscles nice and strong, as this will improve posture and make you walk taller.
Oh... and a little interesting side note: Men over 6 feet tall (2 meters) have a much higher rate of heart attack before the age of 50! So be proud of your little ways!

A question not that easily answered. Look at your parents firstly, if they are short in stature, you are unlikely to show and large growth spurts. If they are tall, you may just be a late bloomer, and you will come into a full growth spurt at age 16/17. What to eat without putting on the extra pounds is a wee bit easier to answer. have regular small meals, 6 - 10 meals daily. Make sure you consume good clean food, not the junk food, increase your protein intake, and decrease carbs, and finally take a good supplement that will aid growth like ZMA. ZMA will give the body added zinc with the body uses to manufacture testosterone. Also get a quality B complex and B6 supplement, this will help the body utilize the nutrition better, Oh almost forgot, why is protein important? Protein is used to repair and build muscle, certain proteins will also signal the growing body to start growing.

Letting nature take its course....if your going to grow taller, there is ABSOLUTELY nothing you can do to help the natural proccess along...
one suggestion is to drink lots of milk though...I was 6 ft at age 14, and now I am 6' 4 1/2" at 22

I am sorry to tell you this but your height depends on your genetics. You will probably be somewhere between your mother and your father. What side of your family do you resemble more? That is the side you will probably be like. Wish I could give you a better answer.
