You should see an ophthalmologist to find out what the problem is. In the mean time you can apply hot towels on the nerve area for five minutes at a time. This will help reduce some of the pain.

Vitamin A deficiency buddy. Are your eyes also really sensitive to day light or bright lights?? Is it difficult to see clearly at night time?? If so, then you need to increase your intake of foods rich in this vitamin: carrotts, cantaloupe, fish liver oil, liver, dark green and yellow vegies, eggs, milk and dairy products, and yellow fruits.

Vitamin A works best with B-complex, vitamin D (fish oil tabs), vitamin E, calcium, phosphorus and zinc. Zinc is what's needed by the liver to get vitamin A out of its storage deposits.

Hope this fixes your problem, I'm sure it will...........:0)

PEACE

Well, your a genius. No, everyone feels that. Der duh der. Don't be scared. Just drink some water and get a good breakfast. Also try moving the phone from under your bed. The radiation current doodleybobs can mess with you. Maybe try getting out of bed slower too? And go to bed earlier. If you are that scared then ask a doctor. Because apparently a 13 year old (me) know more than you.

It could simply be caused from using your Eye muscles too much. Looking at a Computer screen, T.V., or focusing on something too long can cause all sorts of wierd pain around that area. So if you have been doing one of those things too long that is probably it. Hope my advice helps
