if you had a needle on your arm thats and im crying because my arm is so sore and hurts and i wanna go to the outlets today ? idont know ? what to do ?

Yes, taking a bath is fine.
If you arm is just generally sore froma vaccine then thats normal.
If the area where you had your shot is very hot, swollen, painful, has red streaks coming out along your skin, has any kind of pus or if you feel like you have chills/fever then that is not ok - a sign of an infected arm. You need to see your doctor if this is happening.

It is normal to have a really sore arm after vaccines like tetanus - it feels even sore to lift up. This should settle down after about 2 days. It is fine to take a bath.

Suggestion? Get your priorities straight. Health before shopping. Good grief....it's not that difficult a decision. Hope your arm feels better so you can enjoy your time at the outlets.
