the only way to lose that much - to lose muscle...you cant lose fat that fast...its not like you got it in that short period of time.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats, take 300-400 calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
5-8servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water a day
5-6 small meals instead of 3 big ones (breakfast is the most important - make sure to get complex carbs like whole wheat bread, oatmeal, fruit etc)
4-6 times a week cardio for 30-50min, light weight training, many reps
no junk food, no sodas, no alcohol, no white flour (cakes, cookies, white bread, pasta etc.), nothing high in sugar (ice cream)

the main thing is to be healthy and to enjoy living. You have enjoyed it too much and need to do some serious weight reducing. However to stay reasonably sane and healthy you cannot lose that much. It will just not be possible; go for a smaller weight loss even 10 kg would be really good. You would learn how to continue without having emotional problems. The best advice is to join a weight reducing group who will have the knowledge for you to absorb possibly a local gym can also advise you initially. Some adult educational programs are also available so that you can learn more and are motivated. I attended a reducing class for 10 weeks and lost a few kgs which was good. There are a lot of things to learn. It is important as you don't want to lose your health in the process and it is a life long journey but don't be discouraged as there are rewards all along the way.So good luck and go to it and while researching start to change your eating pattern more fruit and vegetables and no processed foods. It is fairly simple so you do not have to be a genius. Weigh only once a week and reduce portions if the weight is not going down.

1] drink 2-3 glass of cold water before taking lunch & dinner
2] dont take too much carb & fat
3] do some start with light weight exercise & then go for tough one.

just do some yoga excercises and if u are a indian then u must be knowing about swami ramdev just start ur yoga excercises
