i live in england, and everytime i go to a shop im usually blown away from the stink of body odor emmitting from the men. infact when im in a tescos or asda and its busy, i tell my wife to meet me in the hygiene section and low and behold, completely empty compared to the rest of the store. so i was just wondering if showering and using deodorant is like a class thing or just something not done.

I don't think this is a general statement. Only some are guilty-I lived in the UK for about a year and I've seen the people you described but then again, there were more who did the opposite.

I shower at least once a day, morning and night.I don't use deodorants too much but do use an antiperspirant regularly when the weather gets hot and sticky,so here is one Brit that goes against your generalization. It would be nice to know where you are from but I don't think you will say.Never mind.
You may live in England but where are you from?I was born in England but have live more than half of my life in S.E Asia.
