You drink when you're only 16? You're too young to be drinking. You sound like you suffer from some manic depression. You need to see a psychiatrist and have this evaluated. It is not normal.

Dude I think the reason you cry at night is because it helps you to relax and calm yourself to sleep. Also, your friend being gone may be a big thing you need to work out, try calling your friend before you go to sleep... before the crying happens. I'm 16, I used to cry at night and I still do sometimes, what seems to help the most is when I let the red rivers flow down my arms. The crimson rivers dripping to form a pool of golden lava is an immense feeling, I hope this helps.

You're 16.
You drink.
Stop.
That will help.
Make an appointment at school to see a counselor.
Explain, as best you can, what's going on with you at home and socially and ask your counselor to refer you to a mental health specialist.
And, of course, talk to your parents (if you can).
If you can't, try to have your counselor at school speak with them. Or turn to an adult you know well and can trust -- an aunt or an uncle, for example.
My guess is that you are suffering from a kind of depression known as 'dysthymia' which is very common among people your age.
Treatment usually involves some kind of talk therapy (one-on-one, or group, or both) and can also involve medication: usually something pretty mild, like Celexa or Paxil.
Hope this helps.

Hi L.C, psychologists are speak, that crying is a natural part of the fatigue process and can speed up a person's recovery.
Emotionally-induced tears contain protein-based hormones as well as leucine enkephalin, a natural painkiller. When a person is under stress, his or her body needs to get rid of those chemicals through crying. If you cry every night it is very bad, your young body in critical situation. You need good vitamins, food, sleep, rest.

Hormones? Maybe you're clinically depressed, and don't know it? Sometimes the younger generation may be overstimulated during the day, with school and work and activities, that it becomes overwhelming, and they begin to unravel when they get home, and their down-time is around bedtime, and that's when the waterworks kick in.
I would go see a doctor, if I were you, to rule out depression, over anxiety, or some other hormonal issues that may be what's triggering your crying spells.

2 possible reasons:
- It has become a habit. When you can't sleep, you response by crying.
- The night reminds you of something or someone. You need to write down all your thoughts when you cry. After a week, analyze what is it that make you cry.

For now, stop drinking.
Perhaps a professional could help, but you can also redirect your thoughts.
Your emotions are your guidance system. If they hurt, it is similar to when you put your hand on the stove, and you say "ouch!".
Make sure you are making good decisions that reinforce your health, self-confidence, and joy.
16 year olds who drink and cry at night need to change their thinking and look within themselves.
Best wishes.

Firstly, stop drinking. Alcohol contributes to depression, Besides it goes without saying that you are too young to drink. Secondly, you are crying because you are full of crappy hormones. It is normal for a 16 year old to cry all the time. I did. Hell I am a woman, so I still cry a lot. I'm still full of crappy hormones. All women are. The only thing that can ease the crying is to ease the triggers. Too much caffeine, too much sugar, too much alcohol, not enough exercise, not enough sleep, lack of faith (any faith of your choosing). Fix that and you should be able to cry less.

U could desire to as properly circulate forward and attempt to strengthen into ideal friends along with her. it is not going to take place without delay because of the fact she already has a bond with somebody else. As a newborn I lost my bestfriend, because of the fact we went to intense college and commenced putting out with distinctive crowds, you recover from it and you get a raffle to check new issues from new people. top now, I in common terms have one ideal pal for like 12 years now. you will detect a sparkling ideal pal, it in basic terms takes time, you may desire to attend and notice.
