i've build a set of abs..but why are there 3 squares on the left of my abs and 2 squares on my right, and when i flex i can see 5 squares on my stomach..such a case can be corrected by surgery only or other natural ways? But is it weird in the first place?

It just means that you are not doing the exercises correctly but are leaning to one side thereby not catching the complete set of muscles.Ask someone to watch while you do your abs and tell you if you are leaning to one side or the other.good luck.

when you are exercising your abs, you are just focusing on one side more than the other (unintentionally). and when you are flexing them, it just shows off more. nothing's wrong. now just exercising the right side more and it should balance out, unless something is truly wrong with you.. then your are just SOL.

it's called genetics my friend it is not from your training. I see bodybuilders and fitness competitors all the time with variations in the abdominal wall
