Lower Abdoinal pain?

I've had lower abdominal pain for more than 24 hours, and it has gotten slightly worse in the past 12 hours? Could this be serious? What should I do?

There could be so many different reasons you're having this pain. You're going to have to go to the emergency room or a clinic and get this Checked out Today .

Until you get to the emergency room you can use a heating pad on the area to relieve some of the pain.

I advise you to go to an ER and have some basic tests made. You could have a lot of potential dangerous ailments from appendicitis to diverticulitis so get moving STAT.
