and i am working for a international bussiness company so i have to shakehand to people i met so anybody can help me

This could be anxiety. Or maybe you don't feel well. Have a good check up with your doctor and explain what is happening.

Meanwhile, when it is time to shake hands, take several very slow deep breaths and relax your body. Be sure to have something in your other hand that you can dry off your hand before shaking again.

My husband has this problem! He actually bought this bag of absorbent material that is small enough to fit in the palm of your hand and he keeps it in his pants or coat pockets. He hangs on to them when he is in social situations where he might have to shake someone's hand. You can get them at any bowling center. They are normally used to keep bowlers' hands dry.

No, it is not anxiety....it is a condition called Hyperhidrosis.....it has to do with your sweat glands and you need to go to the doctor to get medication. Only if it is bothering you really bad...don't worry, it is not dangerous.
