Go get her a good multivitamin tablet for her age group!! Sounds like she is going through a growth spurt and needs extra B vitamins, B12 in particular. Calcium too, increase her millk/milk substitute consumption. Growing children are constantly going through growth spurts and she will be using up extra of the B vitamin complex (B1,B2,B3,B5,B6 and B12) and calcium!! Without the extra she'll be really grumpy, have loads of headaches, dizzy spells, depression, fatigue and exhaustion, unable to sleep at night, irritable and moody etc.etc.
PEACE & LIGHT 2 U

i have the same problem you do. i started getting them when i was 12 just one month before my 13th birthday. (now i am 14 and i still have them.) i have been having migraine head aches for a year an a half now (everyday) without them going away.. The stomach aches are probably because of your head aches because when you have migraines (which is probably what you have) you get stomach aches and can vomit or feel nauseous. You need to see a neurologist because you might have the same thing i do. (i have consistent migraine head aches, which means that the nerves in my brain are firing off a lot causing non stop migraines.) If ibuprofen (advil, motrin), or acetaminophen (Tylenol) doesn't work for your head aches then ask your doctor to prescribe you a pain medication like Tylenol with codeine, (which is what i take when my migraines get really bad.) or they can prescribe you something stronger if that doesn't work like vicoden, percacet, or oxycodone. ( all those pain killers are narcotics.) Sometimes you have to go to your pediatrician first so they can set up an appointment with a neurologist for you. I also do acupuncture with really helps when my migraines get bed. Sometimes it even makes my migraines go away for about a day. If you do try acupuncture it might make your migraines go away for a day or more. it really depends on how consistent you are on getting acupuncture done. if you have trouble sleeping at night then the doctor can prescribe something to make you sleepy ( i take evavil to make me sleepy at night) If you have your period already then it could also be something hormonal. So they might also send you to an OB/gyn doctor to maybe prescribe you birth Control pills to help control your hormones. btw it is not normal to get head aches as much as you do. so try to have your parents set up an appointment ASAP! I hope i helped! I also hope you get better! Good luck :)

If it's a new prescription it can take time to adjust to wearing the new glasses.
If this is an older pair it may be time for a new prescription.
Pls get in touch with the optometrist (if that's who your daughter's eye dr is) to let them know what's going on.

Headache is a pain in the head, scalp or neck.
Headaches can be caused by minor problems
like eyestrain, lack of coffee or more serious reasons
like head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and
meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can
have harmful side effects, so it is better to
modify your lifestyle. More information available at
