Very hard to see, look for what looks like pepper and maybe moving. If they weighted ten pounds we'd be in trouble. You can purchase the soap and lice cleaner from a pharmacy but, you also have to clean your clothes and everything they've been in contact with. This is the problem, keeping everything clean until they're gone.

Similar to head lice. But creamy in colour because of blood, sucked from body. Keep your under wares very clean, dip it in hot water for at least 5 min, Change under garments every day. These may carry some diseases, hence take extra care.
