WARNING: The following will seem like I'm whining, but please hear me out!!

Due to a binge-eating disorder, I gained 10 pounds in 2 months. This new weight is unbearable and I want to lose weight as fast as possible. Before my rapid weight gain, I was pretty fit and exercised 5-7 days/week, but now I'm a slug. I'm on the road to changing my diet, but the exercise plan is "kerplunk". I recently starting taking up dancing again, but the class is only held once a week. I want to do at least the recommended hour of cardio a day! I have a treadmill at home that I DREAD because I hate running/jogging/walking. In the past, I was able to suck it up and work out for at least an hour, but now I can barely last 10 minutes, mostly because it's so uncomfortable to feel my fat jiggle around. Should I just accept that for now I can't go on the treadmill, or should I suck it up? My original plan was to wait until I lost some weight through my diet, then exercise.

Maybe you're trying to do the wrong sort of exercise, or trying to do too much to a point where you are hurting yourself. It's hard to maintain interest in exercise sometimes, and if it's the wrong kind or you're overdoing it, you won't stick to it. If you can't manage cardio exercise right off the bat, the important thing is to move around., every little bit helps. Perhaps you could try yoga, gardening, or practicing your dance class at home on an additional day besides class time. If you are trying to get your walks in somewhere really boring, that isn't going to help you keep interested either, try looking for a park, or an interesting historical area or some such to walk around. I find varying the location for walks helps me to keep interested, and in the town where I live, it's too boring, and there are insufficient sidewalks, and who wants gas fumes in your face when you are trying to get healthy? Because of this, I go find somewhere more interesting, preferably in nature. Even walking around for 10 minutes is a start... Varying your exercise can help to keep you interested. I do hope that you are getting some form of guidance for your eating disorder, binging and crash diets are really bad for you....good luck...

Just eat different. Eat alkaline food.

Fats are nothing more than stored acid. If you continue to take acidic food, even with exercise you cannot get rid of fats. Therefore you must solve the weight problem at the source : eating acidic food. By taking alkaline food, you prevent the intake of acid to create more fats. Besides doing exercise, you must eat only alkaline food.
Read the book "pH miracle for weight loss". See photos of people losing weight at ease. If you want to loose weight super fast, there is an alkaline liquid diet. According the book, people are loosing 10 pounds or more within the first 8 days. Go to the website below to see which food (and even fruits) that are acidic.

Yes, suck it up. Set your timer if you have to. Tell yourself "it's just 20 minutes" and do it. Don't even think, just do. Before you know it you will be back in the swing of things. Reward yourself after a week's worth of exercise with a snazzy new pair of sneakers. Can you get off the treadmill & walk outside? Maybe you need a change of scenery. Good luck!

No pain, no gain. Put some music on, get out the exercise mat and start that treadmill, tubby.

If you can exercise *and* diet at the same time, you will probably lose more weight than just dieting alone.

You CAN do it!
