I'm 14 years old/female
Always tired (10 hours sleep, but craving sleep during the day)
Short of breath, when simply getting something from upstairs!!
My heart beats super fast in circumnstances not very strenuous
When simply going up/downstairs heart is beating so fast in my throat that I can see my neck pusling.
Leg/shoulder/arm cramps/pains? If that's anything??

A very simple blood test can determine if you are anemic / the finger prick kind of blood test.
Talk to your parents and go to the doctor.

Iron deficiency can be fixed eating a good diet where it starts green leafy vegi's orange juice is also good for you can not afford to go to clinic call the WIC clinic maybe they can help you find out quickly ,they also can tell you what to eat good luck hope you feel better soon!

Some of your symptoms could also fit with thyroid problems but pls also discuss this with your mom and your dr. The dr can help you try to figure out what is going on.

Do you crave ice? My doctor told me that when you begin to crave ice to chew that it is a sign of anemia. In my case it is always true.
