The best way to lose weight is by eating 4-6 small and healthy meals each day. Don't forget about those fruits and veggies! Never skip meals and never starve yourself--it doesn't work! Cut out all fast foods, junk foods, candies, sodas and other sweets.

Well lets start with a few things.
Excersize is obviously one of the best way and cutting down on unhealthy or empty caloried food (foods with lots of calories but no nutritional values).
Food restriction is good... However, its better to eat like 5-7 small meals that you won't get hungry on. It doesn't mean you have to completely stop eatting junk food, but just eat them moderately. I recommend you don't reward yourself with food when you achieve something or eat while in front of the comptuer or tv. If your a little hungry, and don't have anything to eat drink some water. Sure you might have to go to the bahtroom more but overal its good for your health.
This is something my aunt told me also:
Eat BEFORE 6 for a week and you'll lose 1k. If you need to eat something drink water or eat some fruits.
Eat lots of greens because they also are not only healthy but can be tastey too. Along with that some of them are little or no calories at all, and digesting burns calories too.

Eat the right proportions of food during dinner, steaming or pouching your vegetables is healthy too, eat whole grains, and switch out the meats you eat now with lean meats.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats and it will tell you how many calories a day you need to maintain your weight. take 300-400calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
eat 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones.
5-8 servings of fruit and vegetables a day.
8 glasses of water a day.
4-6 times a week cardio work out for 30-50min plus light weight training.
no junk food, no sodas, no white flour (white bread, pasta, cookies, cakes etc)

the best way to lose weight is to eat healthy.Not eating isn't good you should have snacks in between meals but when you eat just reduce what you normally eat .Also working out is important try working out every other day.

PLEASE listen to me....exercise 45 minutes a day ...now i think u should get the wu-long tea which makes u lose idealy 1 lb a day and no i am not kidding but the thing is u have to keep it up .....plus i heard hoodia is really good
