I was doing my daily breast exam and I notcied that theres a round lump above my right nipple, but not my left....if i push down its hard....im kinda worried =( im only 19 and my mom had to have multiple cysts removed from her breasts in her middle 20s. I know i should see a doctor, because it might be nothing..but im still worried, and ive been having enough problems right now.

Yes hun you should see a doctor since breast trouble runs in your family. It might just be a swollen milk gland or a calcium cysts. Its better to be safe than sorry. Good luck and keep us posted on what it is

Hmm, i think it is best for you to consult a doctor and to do a breast examination for you. He or she will then refer you to a specialist to do a ultrasound or a fine needle aspiration for you to check if your lump is benign or cancerous... Having a breast examination and a ultrasound done by a professionist will definitely help you to monitor your problem :D Don't worry and maay god bless you.

Sorry to hear this. Glad your going to the doctors to get it checked out. Some lumps go away, and you get tend to get some before period time. So, I hope this is the case with you.

The only way to know for sure if this is something to worry about is to have your dr evaluate this lump.

Cancer is hereditary and if your mother has already had cists removed, i am sorry to say that you need to get it checked out NOW! If you don't and it is cancer it will spread and could be oo late!!! Don't worry about it but get it checked out!
