If this is something more than a hangover, then it's time you went to a doctor and get a check up. You hear about athletes dropping over dead in their prime. Don't be a statistic, get it checked out. Good luck

The first thing I would do would be seeing a doctor and getting full check up and blood screen. It could be so many things due to your symptoms. The being tired could be a form of anemia in which you need iron. The dizziness and aching in your bones could be just about anything.

A year!?! Why have you not seen a professional? Why are you asking this question here? Don't you know that most people that answer you are not qualified? They wouldn't answer you if they were without examining you and doing tests!!

Why don't you see a doctor? Are you scared of what it might be? Isn't it better to find out and then get treatment? It might be diabetes or simply a virus - only a doctor can tell you! The stress of worrying about this will make you worse!

PLEASE GO TO A DOCTOR TODAY, IT MIGHT SAVE YOUR LIFE!

It maybe possible you are suffering from M E (Myalgic Encepholopathy) Some GP's do not recognise it and so will NOT diagnose it. As a Herbalist I have seen many cases of M E and it is a debillitating illness.
You need to get checked out either by a Dr or by a Herbalist.
