ok i weigh 103 lbs and am 5ft! I excersice 6 times a week and 7-8 hours every week. I want to lose 10-15 lbs. My caloric intake is around 2200-2250 calories and i eat somewhat a lot of carbs. So how can i lose 10-15 pounds to flatten my stomache and above my hips????

For the last year or so, whenever I shower, I get this odd blotchy rash on my legs. Nowhere else, only my legs, and it doesn't itch or hurt or anything.
I've used the same soap for years, and it only appears on my legs, thats it.

I recently got my results back and i got this
Estradiol 0.6 pg/ml
progesterone 38 pg/ml
Testosterone 190 pg/ml
Dheas 8.8 ng/ml
Cortisol 8.5 ng/ml

estraidol to low testosterone high i went to the doc he wouldn't give me anything because of my age"20" but im having hair loss, body hair etc. all the symptoms of high testosterone worried about prostate cancer and who knows what else comes with this any suggestion besides going to the doc?.

My frined who's in 7th grade just told me she hated life, her family and have tried to kill herself 6 times. she told me if i told i told anyone she was going to like freak out and kill herself sooner. i freaked out. i'm confused. she slits, i didn't know that and she hates the school counsler, i'm a 9th grader and scared to death. On my left thigh, I have a birthmark. I'm very self concious about it. Its an oval shape and about 3/4 of an inch in length and 1/2 inch wide. Would you stare at my birthmark if you saw it? Should I have it removed? It isn't cancerous....but I really don't like it. My parents think I should keep it because my sister has one on her thigh as well...but hers is so far up no one can see it when she wears shorts....

I was surfing the web and I read this one thing that said if you were trying to break your bone (for some unknown reason) you could put an ace bandage in vinegar then wrap around your leg. If you leave it on for like 4 hours the bones will be softened from the vinegar and you could break your leg just from like jumping up and down. Is that true? Don't get the wrong idea. I'm not planning on breaking my leg. I'm just curious if that would really work.

she has food that goes to her lungs. The Doctors says that they cant do anything for her. So she gets Pneumonia real easy. They say that she can never sleep flat on a bed or eat in a chair she has to eat standing up,so that she wont asperrate. and has to wait at least 3 hours to sleep in a chair. I am 20, male and I have been depressed for about 4 years. I was gonna take st john's wort, but was told by my psychiatrist that it's not really effective...so he suggested antidepressants. I also get quite extreme anxiety around people.
