at 103 lbs, I'm not so sure you should be loosing weight. for a 5ft tall person, your weight should be between 100-110 lbs. For you to loose 15 lbs is not a good thing.
But to flatten your belley exercise will help that. You need to walk about 3 miles a day. Keep up on your food. Don't diet.

By drinking only water for 2 days you loose, 10 pounds.
It has to be more then 2 gallons a day. Exercises would work too, but if you go to the gym everyday you know you have to stop eating as well.

Lower your caloric intake by about 500-600 calories a day. That should do the trick!

You do not need to lose weight, 98-105 pounds is just right for your height.
To tone you midsection, do a series of abdominal crunches, including some that cross over (opposite elbow to knee) to tone the obliques.

the trainer at my gym said to only to consume 10 calories per pound you weigh...so for you, you'd supposedly only need to consume 1030 calories.
but if you're exercising as much as you do, i would consume more than the 1030 calories or work out less.
i weigh 107 at 5'0". it sucks.
it's your body fat percentage that really matters in your appearance, not your weight...normal for a female is 18-25%.
also: increase your protein intake & work out your muscles[like with machines]...not just cardio. that's how you get your body fat percentage down.

You do not need to lose anymore weight, soon you are going to get too small and your body is going to think you are starving and try to hold on to any fat that is available. You might want to think about just toning you musles. Do squats, crunches, and lunges. Some mild weight lifting might also help.

cut out junk food. NO chips. NO soda. NO ice cream. Reduce portion sizes to the size of your fist. Drink a ton of water. Run more to flatten the tummy.
