go to the doctor they will run a blood test and that will tell you
it normally comes with severe pain in the abdomen and lower back.
it is caused by untreated infection like chlamydia
it treatable but it is very important that you get it fixed right away it a major factor in infertility in woman today. the sooner the better.
you can go to planned parenthood if they have one near you.

Consult you OB/GYN. This could be a bad situation. If you do have it, I hope you know that you subjected yourself. Do get treatment.
