Does someone know a good working out routine for the breast that won't give a wide back??? (wanna avoid gravity's effect but without ending with a man's back)

(Man!!! I know I can't actually avoid the effect of gravity!! What I want is something to keep the firm as long as I can. The "hang by your toes" answer was great though (hahaha)

Hi. You can do small weights at home and only use 5-10lbs. Do flat presses on your bed, very simple and very effective the pushing of the weights helps your boobs stay firm. Wear a bra to bed sometimes to firm up or keep them where they are now. Also, triceps extensions are also healthy and work the arms and shoulders you want to round everything out and be even. Good Luck summer is coming:)

Sorry to say that over time like it or not gravity will take hold and down they'll go.. Go to a gym and do some work outs, ask especially for an exercise for your chest that won't put bulk on shoulder area. It is a shame but it's called the aging process. Good Luck to keep them up.

I have to disagree with the bra wearing.

People who wear a bra all the time are restricting the flow of the lymph fluid within the breast tissue.

This results in a decreased removal of toxins from the breast and an increased occurrence of breast cancer.

The most important time to NOT wear a bra, is while exercising.
This gives the underlying muscles an opportunity to develop in the way they were intended to.... without being constantly strapped down.

Gravitys effect is not a result of exercises its based on genes. Wearing a push up bra will slow the effects of sagging breasts, and wearing a breathable (sports bra ect) during sleep will also help this.

You can't. You can get fit and tone them up, but I don't know of any exercise that reverses the effect of gravity.

Move to the moon. Only there aren't any cool night clubs to meet guys who have their own problems with age.
