hi i'm 13 and only 5.0! i am very uncomfortable about my hieghth and was wondering if there are any ways to grow taller fast w/o using growth pills? and if not than is using growth pills safe because so far they look like the only option if i want to be normal size or taller than my friends before i go into highschool. plz help, thank you.

i'm 27 and only 5ft,be happy and learn to love yourself,i love being small,its something you get used to,when i was younger my friends towered over me,and i'll admit i was jealous,now i love it.after all the best things come in small packages.

Do not take any pills. They don't work, could be dangerous, and will only be a waste of money.
Your height is genetically determined. There is nothing you can do to make yourself grow taller than you are biologically meant to be.
To make sure you grow as tall as your genes will allow, be sure to eat healthy, eat enough, and sleep a minimum of 8 hours every night, as you grow only in your sleep.
Being 5 feet tall at 13 is normal. You still have about 3 years of growing, so don't be too worried. I was 5'1" when I was 13, but grew a lot when I was 14 (up to 5'7") and then 2 more inches between 15-16.

Just let nature take its course. There is nothing that is going to help you grow any faster than to let your hormones do it for you. There is plenty of time.You never know you could grow taller during the summer. But don't try to take pills because its all a lie.

if your parents are short it might be heretic but if their not, sleep a lot alot because its probably your body not getting enough time to grow
