Try these simple things. This helped me lose 50lbs.
-Drink a lot of water a day
- Stay away from soda and fried foods.
- Eat plenty of veggies and fruits a day.
- Try to eat a salad with one lunch or dinner. (Romiane type lettuce not Iceburg)
- Remember this saying "Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, and dinner like a pauper." It really works.
- Eating fish once a week will help you lose quicker.
- Sleep at least 7hrs. a night
- Don't stress about your weight. That will keep the weight on. Trust me on that!
- Exercise. Walking 25-30mins a day. You don't have to do it all at once either. As long as by the end of the day you have walked 30 mins or join a gym. If you join a gym exercise 45 mins. 3 times a week.

look, there are so many diet pills and drinks and stuff out there that claim to be really effective, but its complete lies because none of them have any long-term effectiveness. In complete honesty, the best and only way to lose weight is through eating smaller, healthy portions of food- with the occassional treat of course!- and through getting at least 6 hours of excercise per week- which is one hour a day for five days. This is the only way to garuntee healthy and constant weight loss. It also means that your body doesn't suffer as a result of being deprived of the necessary vitamins and minerals that are not present in many diet pills and shakes. It's important to change your diet- start eating at least three-four different types of vegetables and a portion of fish, chicken or meat in your meals, and most importantly (i cannot stress this enough) only eat small portions- do not load up your plate!! Also, never skip breakfast, because I can garuntee you that you'll put weight on, rather than lose it. Good luck to you, try to be disciplined and get as much excercise and good nutrition into your diet and you will see results! :)

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats and it will tell you how many calories a day you need to maintain your weight. take 300-400calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
eat 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones.
5-8 servings of fruit and vegetables a day.
8 glasses of water a day.
4-6 times a week cardio work out for 30-50min plus light weight training.
no junk food, no sodas, no white flour (white bread, pasta, cookies, cakes etc)

Eat well! I mean, eat fruits, instead of sweets. Eat lots of veggies (raw) and drink a lot of water. Only eat lowfat meats as you need the protein. Exercise and really workout the trouble areas. Sit-ups worked for me after having two babies back to back. I took a weight lifting class and that helped as well. Just use common sense when eating and concentrate on your trouble areas.
