Maybe aromatherapy by a trained and qualified aromatherpist might be a better path to take.As a trained reflexologist, I would not consider treatment during the first trimester, My training is that reflexology is a contraindication in the first three months and thereafter G.P. or midwife consent is needed. I have performed treatments in the final trimester and have had positive feedback that this has assisted during pregnancy and delivery but would avoid giving treatment during the first months when so many things can and do go wrong. There are many wonderful things to help with morning sickness...which I had with both my pregnancies...the first time...I was sick like yourself for 24hours a day 7 days a week right up to and including the day of delivery, the second time I had the same sickness but it cleared up thankfully at 12 weeks. Unfortunately then I did not have the knowledge that I have now!!! Some women unfortunately do suffer with sickness all day. Morning sickness usually subsides around week 12, but an unlucky few are sick later into pregnancy. If you are very sick, then you should seek medical advice as in rare cases it can be a condition called Hyperemesis Gravidarum which is severe pregnancy sickness and can cause dehydration and other complications. Some helpful remedies for sickness:
Ginger or peppermint tea or ginger beer.
Dry toast, dry biscuits or crackers, ginger biscuits.
Bland/plain foods.
Eat little and often, small meals and regular snacks. You will feel worse if your stomach is empty.
Suck glucose/energy sweets, peppermints or crystallized ginger.
Preggie Pops make natural lollipops or fruit drops to relieve sickness.
Take small sips of drinks such as cold water throughout the day.
Try drinking hot water with a slice of lemon.
Avoid tea and coffee, spicy/rich/fatty foods.
My personal cure was ready salted crisps and crispy apples especially granny smiths.
Sea Bands are elasticated, knitted bands worn around the wrists. They apply pressure to an acupressure point on the wrists using a plastic stud. They are also used for travel sickness and have no side effects. They are available from pharmacies.
Add aromatherapy oils such as ginger, grapefruit or peppermint to an oil burner. Always consult a qualified aromatherapist before using any aromatherapy oils during pregnancy. Find a qualified aromatherapist

Reflexology is a wonderful and relaxing treatment to have and i'm sure this will be very beneficial for you. However, as a general rule (and probably most therapists have this procedure) that any patients who come in with a particular contra-indication to the treatment, a GP referal would be needed just to be on the safe side. Pregnancy in the first trimester would fall under the contra-indications list. Give the therapist your GP's details and they should be able to seek the permission from them via telephone or in writing.

Mary M & Uwaia are totally correct on this. By our code of Ethics as Therapists we were taught that all pregnant patients in thier first trimester of pregnancy (first 12 weeks)MUST have written permission from the doc who is caring for you.
You have pressure points near your ankles that can induce labor. So it is a big no-no to put "pressure" on or around those particular areas.
With my last child I had the all day long "morning sickness". (why they even call it morning sickness was a big question for me after that one. whew!) It lasted until my 3rd trimester. I weighed less after giving birth than when I became prego! So I know what you are going through. It really sucks! My heart goes out to you.
Talk to your doc about other solutions and find a respectable Reflexologist and talk to him or her about this. They may be able to give you answers that nobody else can. But you really should wait until after the 12 weeks are up, maybe even 14 since they can be off up to 2 weeks on conception dates.
Until then, saltines, and all the other garbage they tell you. It never worked for me. LOL
Best wishes to you & your lil' angel growing inside,
Elvn

I agree with "Mary M", my pregnant clients, depending upon where they were in their term, needed written permission from their Dr. before any kind of massage.
