I am 33years old. Have got High Blood Pressure and taking medication now. Now having my period (delay for a month already). Suddenly i felt my head spinning and wants to "throw up". What happen to me ??? Help!

High blood pressure can cause you to feel like your head is spinning and can make you feel like you are going to puke. High blood pressure medication can also screw up your period, especially if you take it in conjunction with other medication. It's like nothing more than that, making you feel that way, but you should talk to your doctor just to be on the safe side. In the meantime, treat the head spinning and have to puke feeling so that you feel less miserable.
Meclizine is available over the counter, and it's made for motion sickness, and while it sounds like an "odd fix" it works very well for the symptoms that you mentioned (both the head spinning and the have to puke feeling).
Let Altoids Peppermint mints dissolve in your mouth to help further calm the have to puke feeling.

High blood pressure can cause your head spinning, you need to go back to the doctors, regarding his choice of medication. This, is the possible cause of your wanting to throw up.
However, if the symptoms havn't subsided after 4 days, its definetely, the medication.

Calm down and take deep breaths.
You should talk to your doctor about your medication because that could be what was causing your head pain. If you have eyesight problems while your head is still spinning,you should go to hospital immediately because it could be a complication that needs urgent medical attention. You should be okay though.

Go see your MD, a severe headache like that is a symptom of high BP....lie down, turn off all lights noise etc and try to relax. lie on your left to help with circulation.
