i'm 157 cm. and my weight is 65. i need to lose some kg in two months. for a special occasion.

Eat fewer calories than you burn. Cut back on what you are eating and do more activity (walk at least an hour a day).

don't eat alot of calories and no fat!, increase water intake and east more fresh fruits and vegetables. (tomato, banana, all green vegies and fruits are great... they have no calories!
