Increased tremors and old blood stains in your underwear when you're not having your period?

I am a Vegetarian, and i would like to lose 25-35 pounds in the next 4 months....
i have been excercising... about 40ish minutes 3-4 times a week, and i have been eating moderately healthy.. but haven't lost any weight at all in the past month...
what are some good tricks to help slim down quickly, but not compromising my health..

I am 21, trying to pay for school on my own, I don't have any family. All I have time to do is work,school and sleep. I know that all this will pay off when I graduate so I am trying to hang in there, but because I have to pay for school myself it's taking longer than 4 yrs to finish, and I am getting discouraged. I really want friends and a life, but it's not possible because all my free time must be spent at work or studying. Because I am so tired and frustrated with my life it's hard to make friends anyway.
I found a place a can get cheap counseling, but I'm not sure if I should go or not because I'm not depressed everyday. I only get depressed about once a month for 2 days or so. Should I see a counselor or not?

What's wrong with my abs?it's not a six pack but a 5-pack...why is it on the left side of my abs there are 3 while on the right there are only 2?and if i work on the bottom two,it will look like 4 on the left and 3 on the right.Why is there only 3 pack on my right abdominal?what's wrong with me?will growing fat and rebuilding them help or surgery is the only way?

i am just after menturation fot 2 days and with the last week i have slight discomfort. i drink cranberry juice often as i had kidney infection twice about 3 months ago there was 3 months between the infections.i am wondering have i kidney infection or is it something else.the pain is like a lump been squeezed .i hate going to doctors i have a phobia of doctors and hospitals.i worry about anything,and maybe i make myself worse by doing this.

I work 8 to 5 with a 30 minute lunch, then I go to school from 6 to 11P.M., from 5 to 6 it usually takes me 45 minutes to drive to school. I need to know what kinds of foods I can eat to stay healthy, instead of eating junk food at school and taco bell everyday at work.

He takes methatrexate to keep his other eye from going bad too. On his last dr. visit the dr. saw some inflamation in his good eye.He doesn't know my son started smoking and I forgot to ask. Can smoking make his eye worse? Has anyone else experienced this?

I am 15 years old, and I used to weigh like 40 kg a couple of months ago, and now i weigh like 36( i was sick for teh past week). I am 155 cm tall last time i checked... is this normal? is there anything you can do to become taller by the way?! thankyou

I know that some people are going to say that I should get medical advice......I know that......so please don't say it....

Ok, so here's the deal,

We just checked my grans blood pressure and it came up to be 185 / 91.....please advise if this is very bad and we should go to the doctor now or can we wait till tomorrow...? :-S
She is visiting us (in another country) and under treatment already (tablets).

I would very much appreciate if someone could advise me on this situation and answer seriously...

I am at my wits end, my husband snores incessantly, on his stomach, back, side. Nothing seems to help. Does anyone know of any home remedies or anything that has worked for them? Pretty self explainitory really. I'm 16 and have been diagnosed with glandular fever(via blood test) and have developed a cold/flu type virus after catching it from a friend. Recently I having been coughing alot and when I use my mouthwash(listerine) to clean my tonsils a blood type mucus is spat out. Has anyone else had promblems like this due / related to glandular fever or otherwise?
