If you're having chest pains, i would call your doctor right away. That being said, i have scleroderma, an autoimmune disease. I have been diagnosed for 4 years and it's symptoms mirror lupus. My main symptoms have been raynauds syndroms (fingers and toes turn blue when cold.....can just be exposed to a cold soda or grabbing something out of the freezer to cause an episode), joint pain.....my knees, ankles, and hips hurt terribly when first diagnosed....now much much better, heartburn and acid reflux (still suffer from this), shortness of breath, and tightening of the skin on my hands and face. From what i have learned, a lot of autoimmune diseases have many different symptoms, which can make them hard to diagnose. I was diagnosed by a rheumatologist, they specialize in autoimmune disorders. Once diagnosed, i was able to go on medications that have stabalized my symptoms. I am now (relatively) healthy. I am married and currently pregnant with our first baby. Of course i got permission from ALL my docs before trying for a baby. Good luck to you, i know that this is a difficult time you are going through.

Immune disorder such as fibromyalgia or chronic fatigue cause fatigue, tiredness upon limited exertion, and random pain. sometimes the pain can be in your chest muscles. Vomiting however is not a symptom. Chest pain and vomiting would make me go to the doctor pretty quick because heart attacks can manifest in different ways, and can also happen over a few days.

Go to your doctor. This could be as simple as heavy indigestion or it could signal a heart condition. Any time you have chest pain go to a doctor. It is not to be taken lightly. If you're having it right now go to the doc now.

It might be related to your other condition or not at all. But take it seriously.

I am not a doctor. Are you under stress outside of these symptoms? I am a retired psych social worker and I have diagnosed patients in an in patient setting. You need to calm down, this could be an anxiety attack. But, call someone and have them drive you to the ER. It's not worth your life.
