When ever I have sex my vagina gets dry after maybe 10 minutes of relations. Can anyone give me any suggestions on how to keep my vagina wet during sex except lubrications or ky jellies.

If birth control is going to have an effect on vaginal secretions, it tends to actually have a drying affect. If you do not want to use lubricants, than there is always one that is always there and that is saliva. All natural and always available. You can have him aply it in person (the fun way) or spit on your hand and wipe it on yourself, if you wan to keep him from knowing. Lubricants can be a fun addition to any sexual activities, even if there are no issues about dryness.
Not sure if there is any medical treatment, but you could always discuss it with your Dr.

This may sound stupid, but it's possible you just need more foreplay before intercourse. The more turned on you are the more natural lubrication you'll have.
One of the side effects of the NuvaRing is excess vaginal secretions, in some women. I noticed a change for the first few months and then things went back to normal, but some of my friends said they still experience this.
Talk to your Gynecologist about this problem, he/she may have some advice for you.
