you need a well balanced diet, you need to create a calorie deficit to lose weight, but you need to have a good diet cause if you are not careful you would lose muscle weight, and that;s not easy to regain...

pushups, situps, chin ups, all kinds of exercise you can do using only your body weight are enough... or, get some dumbells....

ask a trainer for a weight routine you can do at home with your equipment and definietly, ask a nutritionist about a diet, tell him you want to be in shape, and don't want to lose muscle.

ok u can do the chemical diet u can losse 6 kg in a week i have tried it it is really great just search for ir on the net to get the scheduall u will need to follow
