The stuff that makes you fat at all is the milk, but thats not really a problem. If you want really healthy tea but milky, use "the one" milk, or skimmed. the one tastes like semi skimmed but is really low fat lol

Taken with no milk and sugar and perhaps a thin slice of lemon no. Add anything else including milk and it will add a few calories.
