Im sensitive to most vitamin supplements in one form or another and can usually only take things that are free of just about everything... yeast free, corn free,dye free..etc...etc...etc...

Any suggestions?

Biotin, a B-vitamin. I really don't know if it's free of all that stuff, but it works wonders. I take 1 a day, and my hair and nails grow EXTREMELY fast ( about 1" a month on hair).

Go to your local pharmacy and get gelatin capsuls ..they are big and red and not very expensive ..eat as many as you wish every day and in about a week you will start to see nice nails growing..FAST and your hair will start to get a nice shine to it..Gelatin is 100% protein and that's what you need for healthy nails and hair.

Can you eat jello gelatin. I heard somewhere that
gelatin is supposed to be good for hair and nails.

olive oil for both. 5 minutes every night put ur finger nails in a little cup of olive oil, then do not throw it away, and use it for your hair, tip of your hair of course. it works tremendously. believe it.

have you tried prenatal vitamins? they are good for both hair and nails

you should go to the beauty salon and talk to them about it might be very serious if you want i dont care what you do if my choice then i would go i wouldnt give no hasel
